Spectra is a brand-new women's hackathon in the west coast!
This is a unique event bringing together female college students and professionals from all around the world. Spectra offers participants a safe and inviting environment for women to experiment with technology at any experience level.
Every woman should have the opportunity to have an impact in computer science and strengthen her technical abilities.
IMPORTANT: Winners will have to demo live and be ready for Q & A session.
Eligibility
Participants:
- Anyone who identifies as female and is at least 18 years old can register to hack!
- Teams between 1 to 5 people are allowed.

1st Place
Every teammate will receive a Nexus 6p.
2nd Place
Each teammate will receive a Chromebook.
3rd Place
Each teammate present will receive a Chromecast.
Most Creative
Each teammate present will receive a Chromecast Audio.
Best Video-Related Hack
Each teammate present will receive Goggle tech VR glasses.
Best UX
Each teammate present will receive Bose headphones.
Best Beginner Hack
Each team member will get a YouTube water bottle.
